Brand identity, web design

Deliverables
Logo system, color and type, client proposal deck, Framer website
Overview
The client came to me with the goal of being positioned as a luxury white-glove concierge service within their sector. The brand positioning process began by evaluating both custom home builders in their area and national competitors with proven success and similar brand positioning. From there, I built out the visual identity and system shown below.

Logosuite
Wyatt + Gray began with a temporary logo, used for early client outreach. Before going public, the new firm needed a defined brand with a point of view.

Before: temporary, used for client outreach ahead of launch

After: Logosuite prepared for brand launch
An icon inspired by a home’s frame, the foundation of any new build.
System
Hearth, a dark brown, anchors a material-driven color palette that breaks from the gray, blue, and yellow flooding the construction sector, positioning the brand instead alongside interior design firms offering similar services.
A san-serif called Neue Montreal by Pangram Pangram Foundry was chosen as the sole typeface to keep the system clean, modern, and consistent across every application.

Frame Brand Pattern
Proposal deck
A proposal deck template built for converting prospective clients, three slides shown.

1. A home made for Stamford. Lead with the place, so the client feels the home before reading a word.

2. The promise. Six phases as six verbs, so the whole process reads at a glance

3. The investment. Price comes after the emotional buy-in, set calmly and ending on one clear next step.
Website
Built in Framer, the site leads with full-bleed project imagery and lets the work carry the pitch. The restraint is the strategy: quiet typography and a warm, material-driven palette that positions the company as a luxury concierge service rather than the gray-heavy heritage contractor sites they compete against.
